PSE Health Fitness Staff

Kiera, Sharon, and Jamie: We are so glad that you came to visit our blog page. We are hoping to better serve our Pine Shadows Family through this page. Our Health Fitness staff are passionate about what we do and we want to share with you. The mission for the Health Fitness Department is to help educate the "whole child". What we mean by this is that not only will we have physically strong students, but also socially, academically, and spiritually strong students; to better prepare them to change the world. We enourage you to visit our different articles, try some of the recipes we have to share, and add some of these events to your calendar.
